Abstract
CIRM developed a web-based survey designed to evaluated the scientific and economic impact of the NIH funding freeze. The survey has been sent to all current and past principal investigators awarded CIRM grants.
The survey consisted of 10 specific questions and 1 optional open ended comment. The majority were closed-ended and or quantitative. The survey design included a number of measures to ensure data quality and integrity.
CIRM received 125 completed surveys. This poster will summarize the response and discuss their implications for stem cell research.
