Alessio Tropeano

Vice President at CBRE

Alessio Tropeano joined CBRE in February 2018 as a Vice President on CBRE’s New York City Life Science Team in the Midtown, Manhattan office. He is responsible for advising and representing owners and tenants in the office and life science sectors across the country. Alessio joined CBRE after working at Transwestern, where he focused on expanding the firm’s tenant representation business while also working with owners on the repositioning and lease up of their assets.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Alessio was an Advisor at Sands Investment Group, a boutique investment sales firm in Charleston, South Carolina, where he focused on the sale of small to mid-sized properties across the country. He represented institutional owners such as Spirit Realty and STORE Capital, and private owners and developers on the disposition and acquisition of more than $35 million in assets. During his time at the company, Alessio also oversaw the creation and implementation of the firm’s first investment fund. His responsibilities included identifying investments, underwriting assets, raising capital, and the eventual acquisition of the assets.
